 I don't usually release a new version every time I add a single chip but since I've had more than one request for this one I decided to go ahead. Along with the addition of the as99127f being supported, I also cleaned up some build issues many people were having. Thanks to Jean Delvare for some build fixes (automake/autoconf cleanups) and thanks to Kelly Anderson for the initial as99127f patch.
